About the Job

With the pandemic, the Tech recruitment market has been turned upside down, with fully remote job opportunities growing dramatically. This was such a great business opportunity, that we decided to heavily invest  to become Europe’s #1 provider of International Remote Tech Talents to our clients. 

As you can imagine, coaching these international talents based anywhere in Europe and beyond requires a dedicated expertise, in order to provide them with the best experience using for their international job search. Being part of a paneuropean team of 15+ Talent Advocates, you will be our first one dedicated to this brand new market, by spearheading its launch and developing it rapidly!

Your main responsibilities as a Talent Advocate will be (among others) to: 

  • Find the best talents: sourcing is our Marketing team and Tech Sourcers’ ownership, but you might have to support headhunting efforts some time to time, to speed up candidate acquisition when needed. 
  • Qualify and select the best international software engineering profiles and highlight them in each recruitment session within the marketplace. We are a very selective platform with less than 10% of developers being approved.
  • Be an advocate and key contact to International Candidates, to guide and help them land the best possible job: have the ability to coach each software engineer personally in the search for their next dream job on the platform.
  • Create a relationship with your candidates: Follow up with them throughout their interview processes with clients and guide them in package negotiation as well as job decisions.
  • Collaborate with Client Executives and Tech Sourcers in order to ensure the best candidate and client experience on platform for the International Remote market. 
  • Provide constructive feedback and work closely with our Market Manager and Tech teams, to help build and improve the service and the platform, especially for this brand new offer.
  • Your profile

  • Minimum 1 year of work experience, ideally in IT recruitment in an international environment. 
  • You have a strong motivation to learn and develop yourself in a position which is 100% candidate-oriented. 
  • You appreciate interacting daily with a diverse and highly multicultural community of tech talents
  • You have a genuine interest in technology, programming languages, and start-ups / fast growing company environments: creative thinker, willing to take ownership of ideas and think outside the box.
  • You are fluent to native-level in English (both written and oral), as your daily activities will be in English. 
  • Speaking fluently French and/or German is a strong plus
  • Recruitment process

  • A first screening call with Roxane, Team Lead or Marie, Talent Acquisition Manager
  • An operational interview with Roxane, to deep dive into the position and your professional experiences 
  • A meeting with Tom, International Remote Market Manager 
  • An HR interview with Jane, People Partner 
  • A reference check
