In 7 years, we raised €10M and grew from 3 people in Paris to a team of almost 150 people across 7 countries and we don't intend to stop here!

Job description

You will join talent.io’s one of our fastest pace divisions. With 43% of European freelancers claiming that ‘finding projects’ is their greatest challenge, we aim to connect the dots, matching tech companies with qualified and available talents for contract work. With an increasing body of evidence supporting the efficacy of our service, talent.io is scaling its team across Germany.

As a Talent Advocate, your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Build your community by identifying, prospecting, interviewing and qualifying candidates
  • Create relationships with candidates of your community by understanding their needs, their backgrounds and the kind of contract they are looking for, etc
  • Actively nurture candidate relationships to frequently place them on new missions successfully, ensure the best candidate experience and make community-building impact
  • Initiate ideas and projects to continuously improve and reinforce the organization and efficiency of the team
  • Your profile :

  • Minimum 1 years of work experience, ideally in IT recruitment in an international environment.
  • You are a creative thinker, willing to take ownership of ideas and think outside the box.
  • You thrive on converting candidate leads through mail, call, or meeting
  • You have a genuine interest in the technology sector and start-ups / fast-growing companies
  • Fluent German and fluent English, both written and spoken
