Job Description

You’ll be part of the team “Province” : We’re a great team of 7 people and we plan to be 9 at the end of the year! Our objective is to develop talent.io in every big city in France. We’ve already launched Lille, Lyon, Bordeaux and Toulouse remotely from Paris. We’re now opening for the first time a city outside France, that’s why we need you! You will be our City opener for the candidate part with a partner responsible for business.

What is your role ?

  • Identify, qualify and select the best tech profiles and highlight them in each recruitment session within the talent.io marketplace.

  • Be an advocate for them to guide and help them land the best possible job: have the ability to coach each software engineer personally in the search for their next dream mission.

  • Create a relationship with candidates: Follow up with candidates throughout their interview processes and package negotiation.

  • Work on a daily basis with the Client executive ensure both companies and candidates have remarkable experiences!

  • Provide constructive feedback and work closely with our tech team to help build and improve the platform.

  • Participate and organise events in our community (tech meet ups/conferences)

Preferred Experience

  • 1 year experience in HR/Recruitment, ideally in the tech sector
  • Working proficiency in French and English (most of the interviews will be in English)
  • Strong motivation to learn: you would like to progress on a role 100% candidate oriented and want to have an impact on the candidate’s career
  • High interest in technology and start-ups / fast growing companies : Creative thinker, willing to take ownership of ideas and think outside the box

Recruitment Process

  • Step 1: A first 'get to know you' call with Clémentine, team’ manager
  • Step 2: An interview with the team in our office in Paris.
  • Step 3: A last interview in our office with one of our founders and our Head of People & Culture
