🚀In 7 years, we raised €10M and grew from 3 people in Paris to a team of almost 160 people across 7 countries, and we don't intend to stop here! 

About the Job

We launched our platform in Amsterdam and in Brussels 2 years ago, and are today accelerating our development there after almost 2 years of Covid crisis. The potential is great, and to help us achieve our goal in the Netherlands and Belgium we are hiring a Tech Recruitment professional to join the adventure as the Talent Advocate for this hugely exciting market. 

As a Talent Advocate, you will be the owner of delivering an amazing candidate experience to the best Tech talent looking for their dream job through talent.io platform. 

Your job as a Talent Advocate will be to: 

- Identify, qualify and select the best software engineering profiles and highlight them in each recruitment session within the talent.io marketplace. We are a very selective platform with less than 10% of developers being approved.

- Be an advocate for candidates, to guide and help them land the best possible job: have the ability to coach each software engineer personally in the search for their next dream job on the platform.

- Create a relationship with candidates: Follow up with candidates throughout their interview processes and package negotiation.

- Collaborate with Client Executives and Tech Sourcers in order to ensure the best candidate and client experience on talent.io platform. 

- Provide constructive feedback and work closely with our tech team to help build and improve the platform.

Your profile :

  • 1 to 4 years of work experience (ideally in IT / Tech companies or internal recruitment) in recruitment
  • Strong motivation to learn: you would like to progress to a position which is 100% candidate orientated and want to have an impact on the candidate’s career.
  • Genuine interest in technology and start-ups / fast growing companies: Creative thinker, willing to take ownership of ideas and think outside the box.
  • You are fluent in English (as your daily activity will be in English). Speaking Dutch will be a great plus, but not a must-have.
  • Our recruitment process :

  • A first screening call with Roxane, Team Lead
  • An operational interview with Roxane, Team Lead  
  • A meeting with Wouter, Market Manager for Belgium and the Netherlands
  • A final interview with Jane, People Partner
