Job Description

We are now looking to launch a new product that will help contractors find their next contract in a simple and easy fashion. That's why we need you.

What is a Contract Talent Advocate ?

You will be coaching candidates over their recruitment processes. You will love change, being challenged and love trying new growth techniques as well as being able to host and run events. And hopefully very passionate about the tech market.

What will you be doing day to day?

  • Identify, qualify and select the best software engineering profiles and highlight them in their contract mission within the marketplace.

  • Be an advocate for them to guide and help them land the best possible job: have the ability to coach each software engineer personally in the search for their next dream mission.

  • Create a relationship with candidates: Follow up with candidates throughout their interview processes and package negotiation.

  • Participate and organise events in our community (tech meet ups/conferences): be an evangelist for our brand at tech meetups and educate people about

  • Work on a daily basis with our awesome Contract Client Executive team: ensure both companies and candidates have remarkable experiences!

  • Provide constructive feedback and work closely with our tech team to help build and improve the platform.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience: 6 months to 4 years of work experience (ideally in IT / Tech companies or internal recruitment)
  • Strong motivation to learn: you would like to progress on a role 100% candidate oriented and want to have an impact on the candidate’s career.
  • High attention to detail and very organised
  • Genuine interest in technology and start-ups / fast growing companies: Creative thinker, willing to take ownership of ideas and think outside the box.
  • Fluent in English

Recruitment Process

  • Step 1 - Telephone Interview to get to know each other
  • Step 2 - F2F Meeting in the London offices
