Job Description

Your job at

You will be among the first employees of the Amsterdam office, to build and develop's business in the Netherlands. Alongside Flip, the Country Manager, follow the path of Paris, London and Berlin, and participate in expanding's operations!

Your job as a Talent Advocate:

  • Acquisition of the best talents on the Market: connect with with inspirational software engineers, product managers, UX Designers, CTOs (and others) and attract them!
  • Guide & coach candidates on how to find the best tech job ever with You will be acting as a real coach to them, enabling them to experience the best experience using platform.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with your candidates through excellent service and quality insights
  • Initiate ideas and project focus on building global candidate network that reinforce your success
  • Reinforce and promote the brand through participation in and organisation of events
  • Taking ownership on side roles: you will be able to tailor your position in the direction you want, thanks to side roles you would like to take over, based on one of our values: Ownership!

Preferred Experience

  • 3-5 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally in Tech industry!
  • Fluent in English, and another language is an advantage (e.g. Spanish, etc.). Speaking Dutch is also a huge plus, of course! :)
  • High attention to detail and strong motivation to learn
  • Genuine interest in technology and the digital landscape
  • Use your talent to see talent
  • Creative mindset (use of social media and other innovative sourcing tools)
  • You have a first successful experience in the Netherlands.

Recruitment Process

  1. A first 'get to know you' call with Maude (People & Culture team)
  2. An interview with Flip, Country Manager Netherlands
  3. A video call with one of the founders and with a member of People & Culture
  4. A reference check with two of your former managers or colleagues
