What you will do

What you will you be doing?

• You will be helping some of the brightest minds, best companies and top developers in the tech space
• Identify, qualify and select the best software engineers profiles and highlight them within the marketplace. We are a very selective platform less than 6% of developers being approved
• Be an advocate for them to and help them land the best possible job. Have the ability to coach each software engineer personally in their search for their next dream job
• Follow up with candidates along their interview process and package negotiation
• Participate and organize events in our community (tech meet ups/conferences)
• Be an evangelist for our brand at tech meetups and educate people about
• Work closely with our AWESOME team to ensure both companies and candidates have remarkable experiences!

£25,000 - £35,000 p.a+ Commission

First Year OTE £45,000 - £50,000

What we are looking for

What will you bring?

• 1 to 4 years of experience in recruitment. Ideally in IT / Tech companies.
• Great presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to create great relationships with candidates.
• Some knowledge of the startup / fast growing companies landscape.
• High attention to detail and very organised.
• A passion for working in a fast growing company that is disrupting the recruiting industry

  • Creative thinker, willing to take ownership of ideas and think outside the box • Fluent in English.

Bonus points:

• Existing experience in recruitment with tech start-ups / fast growing companies.
