Job Description

Talent acquisition and coaching of top Tech talents who are using our platform are key for us, as our goal and ambition is to be the first active partner in software engineers job searches. That is why we are currently looking for a passionate and entrepreneur-minded leader, to join our Paris office and take the lead of our Talent Advocates/Tech recruiters) and Tech sourcers team.
You will manage a team of 8 people based in Paris, and report to the Lead of Candidates Acquisition for France.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Build and manage a powerful team of Talent Advocates/Tech recruiters and Tech Sourcers.
  • Ensure the great cohesion of this team.
  • Actively support your team members to achieve the targets and provide them the right level of training and coaching to ensure their personal growth.
  • Design and implement processes and best practices around talent acquisition and talent management for the platform, working closely with your peers in France, Germany and the UK, as well as other business leaders.

Preferred Experience

  • You have at least 4 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in the tech industry.
  • You have a first managerial experience, ideally in a fast-growing and remote environment.
  • You have a great knowledge and understanding of the french recruitment market and tech talent ecosystem
