Job Description

In order to maintain and accelerate our growth in Germany, we are looking for an entrepreneur-minded Sales professional, with a great combination of Sales expertise and team coaching appetite, to take the lead of our SDR and Sales teams in Germany.

Our office is in Berlin, but this can be a remote position (Germany based), with regular trips to Berlin to meet with the team.

As our SDR & Sales team Lead in Germany, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining your SDR and Sales team made of 6 passionate people (4 SDR / 2 Sales), covering the German market. This team is very likely to grow in the next years to meet our ambitions,
  • Recruiting, training and developing the team, collaborating with the Global Head of Sales, Germany Market Manager, as well as other SDR and Sales leads from our other countries,
  • Implementing and developing new powerful Sales processes and strategies from outbound lead generation to closing.
  • Being the local owner of your team business results, ensuring robust and accurate KPIs tracking and reporting.

Preferred Experience

  • 4 - 7 years of overall experience. Experienced in leading a SDR and/or Sales team - able to provide people with coaching, training and feedback. Focused on people development thanks to individual and collective action plans and performance reviews,
  • Experienced in working in high velocity, fast-paced, B2B SaaS sales environment and/or recruitment industry,
  • Ability to understand and define simple and more complex sales funnels and sales cycles,
  • Interest in exploring and implementing new technologies,
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with operations, marketing and support teams,
  • Fluent or native level (spoken and written) in English, and you have an advanced to fluent level in German. embraces diversity and equal opportunity in a serious way.
