You will be part of an international Sales team, operating in France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and remote markets.
With the pandemic, the Tech recruitment market has been turned upside down, with fully remote job opportunities growing dramatically. This was such a great business opportunity, that we decided to heavily invest in becoming Europe’s #1 provider of International Remote Tech Talents to our clients.
This is thus a crazy time for customer acquisition and we are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to launch from scratch the market in Sweden (and other markets in the future).
What you will do:
Benchmark the market to understand the specificities Identify and build meaningful BtoB relationships with the CEOs, CTOs, Heads of HR/Recruitment of the top tech companies in your market (from startups to large accounts)
Run outbound experiments including calls, emails, videos, and LinkedIn messages to start the conversation with our prospects
Manage and improve the efficiency of our sales tools to build scalable processes in direct relationship with our marketing and product teams (HubSpot, Ringover, Waalaxy, Vidyard)
Collaborating with Sales Executive, Sales Ops, Marketing teams to achieve our business goals
Scale the SDR function: you will be key to create efficient and scalable processes that will bring the whole company to the next level.
Your profile :You have a first experience (+1 year) in SDR or Sales You like cold calling and working on lead generation You are passionate about business development and you want to be part of a market launch You are a quick learner, very curious and resilientYou have a fluent or native level in English and ideally, you speak French
