Job Description

You’ll be directly reporting to the Head of Sales, in a growing team of 25+ SDRs and Sales people, supporting the needs of all our markets (France, Belgium, Germany, UK and The Netherlands).

You will be the first SalesOps ever to support our growth and collaborate directly with the SDR and Sales teams.

As a SalesOps, you will be responsible for :

  • The management of outsourced teams that are responsible for our data enrichment,
  • Clean, improve and maintain up to date the SDR, Sales and Account Managers data we are collecting and using in our CRM and other internal tools,
  • Build and maintain up to date reports and dashboards for SDR and Sales activities,
  • Help the SDR, Sales and Account Managers leads to understand and improve their teams performances through the help of accurate, up to date and relevant data, and also to smooth the processes and alignment between SDR/SE/AM to make sure that we cover every client with the right offer,
  • Onboard and train new Ops (SDR, Sales and even AMs) on tools and processes, ensure the SoPs and knowledge databases are well established and maintained up-to-date,
  • Identify new tools, new features and news needs for licences on tools we have or should get for SDRs and Sales (Phantombuster, Dropcontact, LK SalesNav, Hubspot, etc.).

Preferred Experience

  • 1 to 2 years of experience as a SDR, Sales or SalesOps in a fast-paced environment like tech start-ups or scale-ups,
  • You must be fluent in English (both verbal and written),
  • Very strong analytical skills and ability to deep dive on data,
  • Very strong reporting skills and ability to communicate your findings properly and efficiently,
  • Autonomous, you are a problem solver focused on process improvement,
  • You have a strong knowledge of a CRM, ideally Hubspot.

Recruitment Process

1/ First screen call with Ben, Head of Sales,
2/ Video-call with the Head of Sales to deep dive on the role and your skills,
3/ Video-call with one of our market managers and/or one of our team members,
4/ Video-call with Jane, our People Partner,
5/ Final chat with Ben and offer to be sent.
