Your jobYou will be part of a 25+ people global Sales team distributed across the UK, France, and Germany. In Germany, the Sales Team currently consists of 7 great people. You will actively contribute to develop talent.io in Berlin, Hamburg, Munich as well as the whole country. You will be engaging with Startups, Scaleups and Large Companies. This is why we are hiring an entrepreneur-minded Sales with a true Growth mindset, who has experience selling B2B products to all size companies.Your job as a Sales Executive will be to:Engage with CEOs, CTOs, Heads of HR/Recruitment of the top tech startups and larger companies in Germany and in particular in Munich, to turn them into happy talent.io clients.Develop our Sales strategy and the commercial playbook in Germany alongside with the SDR & Sales team lead who is in charge of the German market.Manage and convert your pipeline of leads into clients by leading the sales meetings, defining the right commercial proposals and closing the deals.Closely collaborate with SDR’s who will be responsible for the generation of new leads for you.Maintain your portfolio of clients by renewing contracts and seizing upsell opportunities.
Your profile3 to 5 years of professional experience in Sales (ideally in a SaaS company or fast growing tech startup) or in 360° recruitmentStrong entrepreneur and growth mindset, with the willingness to make us move from startup to scale up in GermanyYou are a quick learner, very curious and eager to learn about the Tech recruitment ecosystemYou’re both fluent or native in German and English.
