Job Description

You will be part of a global Sales team of 10 people, operating in our Paris, London, Berlin and Amsterdam markets.

Your job as a Sales Executive will be to:

  • Engage with CEOs, CTOs, Heads of HR/Recruitment of the top tech startups and companies in Germany to turn them into happy customers,
  • Develop our Sales strategy and the commercial playbook in Germany within the existing Sales team,
  • Manage and convert your pipeline of leads into clients by leading the sales meetings, defining the right commercial proposals and closing the deals,
  • Closely collaborate with SDR’s who will be responsible for the generation of new leads for you.

This position will be preferably located in our Berlin office.

Preferred Experience

  • 1 to 4 years of professional experience in Sales (ideally in a Saas company or fast growing tech startup), or in 360° recruitment.
  • You’re both fluent or native in German and English.
