Job Description

As a Sales and Business Development Representative, your role will be to generate sales opportunities to support our ambitious growth objectives. You will be part of the Acquisition Team and your exciting role will include the following responsibilities:

Lead Generation

  • Identify key contacts at prospects
  • Generate qualified sales leads through outbound emails, calls, social media and other creative channels
  • Follow-up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries
  • Determine our prospects pain points and showcase the value of our solutions
  • Share content and schedule meetings and product demos

CRM management

  • Become an expert in leading sales software tools and sales funnel management

Collaborate with Marketing & Account Management Teams

  • Work closely with other teams to achieve our business goals
  • Gain sales experience by working with startups, mid-market and enterprise account executives

Building and scaling the acquisition team function

  • As one of the first to join this team, you will take part in creating an efficient and scalable processes that will bring the whole company to the next level.

Preferred Experience

  • You have graduated from high school, vocational training or university
  • You are available for a full-time commitment for at least six month
  • Passionate about business development, you love challenges and you are ready to reach out to future customers
  • Understand the value of data and testing when making a decision
  • You are a fast-learner, curious and courageous to push your ideas forward
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills, both in German and English

Recruitment Process

  • Step 1: A 30 minute 'get to know' call
  • Step 2: A 1 hour onsite/online interview with the Market Lead and meeting the team in Berlin
  • Step 3: A 30 call with Paris SDR Lead
