Job Description

As a Sales and Business Development Representative, your mission will be to generate sales opportunities to support our ambitious growth objectives. Your role will include the following responsibilities:

  • Identify and build meaningful relationships with the CEOs, CTOs, Heads of HR/Recruitment of the top tech startups in Germany
  • Run outbound experiments including emails, calls, videos, and LinkedIn messages to start the conversation with our prospects
  • Manage and improve the efficiency of our sales tools to build scalable processes in direct relationship with our marketing and product teams (HubSpot, Ringover, Vidyard)
  • Scale the SDR function in order to bring us to the next level

Preferred Experience

  • Recent graduate from a top university, and/or 1 year of experience in sales
  • You are passionate about business development, you love challenges, and you are not afraid of getting a no over the phone
  • You are a quick learner, very curious with a track record of ownership
  • Fluent in German and English

Recruitment Process

  • Step 1: A 30-minute 'get to know' call with Ben, Global Head of Sales
  • Step 2: Face to face video call with Jeremy, Sales & SDR lead of Germany to discuss further about your experience and the job
  • Step 3: Face to face video call with Mathew (Market Lead)
  • Step 4 : Interview with other team members
  • Step 5: face to face video call with Jane, People Partner (HR team)
