You will be part of a global Sales team of 6 people, operating in our Belgian, French and Netherlands markets.
We launched our platform in Belgium 2 years and half ago, and we are looking for a talented Sales & Account Manager to help us double that growth in Belgium.
Your job as a Sales & Account Manager will be to:
- Engage with the CEOs, CTOs, Heads of HR/Recruitment of the top tech startups and companies in Belgium to turn them into happy talent.io customers.
- Develop our Sales strategy and the commercial playbook in Belgium as the main Sales person on this market.
- Convert your pipeline of prospects into clients by leading the sales meetings, defining the right commercial proposals and closing the deals.
- Manage your portfolio of clients in Belgium and guide your clients on how to hire tech people successfully on talent.io.
- Closely collaborate with SDRs (who will generate leads for you) and Talent advocates (who are in charge of bringing and coaching candidates on the platform).
As our Sales team is operating from everywhere , this position is opened to be located in Paris, London, Berlin or Amsterdam.
