Job Description

You will join the People & Culture team, who is responsible for building and supporting talent.io’s team members across all our countries. We hire team members in 6 different countries. Although your primary focus will be on building the German team, you will actively participate in hiring for our other markets as well.

As a Recruitment Officer, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Identify, engage and create an exceptional network with passive candidates of best profiles for very diverse roles (developers, sales, etc)
  • Actively build a strong pipeline of top talents, using a powerful and impactful approach
  • Innovate: we will rely on you to discover and implement new sourcing strategies and methods to find those hidden gems we need to build a strong team and achieve our mission
  • Grow into managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Grow to drive all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication) Implement online and offline employer branding activities as required

Preferred Experience

  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English & German
  • Strong motivation to learn: you would like to progress in a role which is 100% focused on candidate acquisition, where you can have a direct impact on building a strong team
  • Creative thinker, willing to take ownership of ideas and think outside the box.
  • You are passionate about recruitment and love challenges
  • You have a genuine interest in the technology sector and start-ups / fast-growing companies
  • You understand the value of data and testing when making a decision
  • You are a fast-learner, curious and courageous to push your ideas forward

Recruitment Process

  • First call with Sam, Recruitment Officer
  • Interview with Julie, Head of People & Culture and/or Maude, People Partner
  • We will ask you to send us a brief in both English and German as well as part of the process
