Your jobYou will report to Sander, our Head of Product, and work with the team consisting of a senior product manager, a junior product manager, and a product designer. Each product manager on the team has their area of focus, responsible for delivering on business objectives by solving user problems and enhancing our value proposition.
As our Product Manager, you will:Conduct user research to identify problems and formulate hypotheses regarding opportunitiesAnalyze product data to gain actionable insightsIdeate new functionality that delivers value to users and work with your stakeholders to build the product roadmapDefine product requirements and document clear user stories, wireframes, specifications, and acceptance criteriaCollaborate closely with developers and designers towards the implementation of the roadmapDefine and track metrics to assess the impact of launches Communicate progress and results to your stakeholders across the organization
RequirementsDesired experience3+ years of product management experience in a startup or scale-up, shipping digital products that achieve business goalsYou are fully autonomous and master the ideation and development processA strong sense of design Fluent English - all your daily work will be conducted in EnglishNice to haveExperience with marketplaces and products with a significant operational componentExperience in the recruiting industryPrior work experience in a multi-country or matrix organization
