What you will do

talent.io's Growth Team is looking for a Partnership Manager in Paris to design our global partnership strategy in Europe and make it an effective acquisition channel.

As part of the Growth Team your goals will be:

  1. * Create the best possible offer for our candidates by partnering with 3rd-party services (banking, legal, accounting, health insurance,…), in Paris, Berlin, and London.
  2. * Find new acquisition sources (B2B and B2C)

Your missions to get there:

  • Prospection: find potential partners, design our common offer, negotiate the outcome
  • Account Management of partners
  • Marketing: define your KPIs, track your success, measure your ROI, and iteration

Who you’ll work with

  • you will join a team of 7 marketers (working on paid acquisition, content, and events)
  • you will get to work with our co-founders, the country managers, and the local teams

What we are looking for

  • You have a previous similar experience in the startup eco-system
  • You are a strong negotiator
  • You are creative - you should come up with innovative strategies
  • You speak French and English perfectly
