Job Description

The team

Over the last 4 years, went through a great growth of our business, onboarding new clients on our platform every week. We are today reaching a new phase of our development. Starting to be more mature, our goal is to create top performing acquisition teams and processes to achieve scalable and consistent growth.

For this purpose, we are today building a new Talent Sourcing function, aiming at attracting new tech talents on our platform, thanks to well-rounded sourcing techniques and practices.

As our Amsterdam Tech Sourcing intern, you will be responsible for the sourcing and onboarding of the best tech talents in Amsterdam on our recruitment platform.

As a Tech Talent Sourcer, your goals will be:

  • Identify and source the top tech profiles (software engineers, CTOs, POs, UX/UI designers…(yes you will be trained on all these technologies and techniques)
  • Develop and implement sourcing best practices, always thinking of innovative ways to attract the best talents.
  • Become the queen / king of our candidate database and come up with innovative strategies to "convince past candidates to sign up again on our platform"
  • Engage with universities and build partnerships
  • Help with organising meetups and other events in Amsterdam

Preferred Experience

  • You must be fluent in English, and you must demonstrate a good level of written English
  • It would be great for you to have a bachelor degree in Human Resources, Computer Science or any other related field
  • You’re eager to work in a fast-growing, European business
  • Curiosity, creativity and being able to push your own ideas forward
  • Understand the value of data and testing when making a decision
  • Living in Amsterdam - No relocation is offered

Recruitment Process

Recruitment Process:

  • Step 1: A 30 minute 'get to know' call
  • Step 2: A 1,5 h onsite interview with the Country Manager & team in Amsterdam
  • Step 3: A reference check with two of your former managers or colleagues
