Job Description

The team

Over the last 4 years, went through a great growth of our business, onboarding new clients on our platform every week. We are today reaching a new phase of our development. Starting to be more mature, our goal is to build a great acquisition organisation to achieve consistent and ambitious growth month over month.

As a maturing startup, our goal is to build a great talent acquisition organisation to achieve consistent and ambitious growth month over month and therefore reinforce our leading position in the european tech recruitment market. For this purpose, we are now building a brand new Tech talent sourcing team.

The job

Being part of this Tech talent sourcing team, you will be in charge of:

  • Identifying the best software engineering profiles on the UK market, using various innovative sourcing tools and best practices.
  • Attracting these top tech talents, using a powerful and impactful approach to encourage them to use the platform in order to find their next role.
  • Innovating: we will rely on you to discover and implement new sourcing strategies and methods to find those hidden gems our clients will love and want to hire.
  • Being an evangelist for our brand at tech meetups in order to educate people about

Of course, we like people to be proactive and innovative at Hence why you will be more than welcome to take other side projects.
Here are examples of projects previous talent sourcers have been involved with:

  • Creating partnerships with Universities across the UK to attend career fairs to encourage grads to register to the platform
  • Setting-up and attending major tech events in London including London Tech Week and London Tech Day
  • Finding speakers to talk at events we host - big names from Microsoft, HSBC and techUK
  • Selecting and designing company merchandise
  • Writing creative content marketing and managing social media updates
  • Taking part in design thinking workshops and team growth/communication activities - “Building a winning mentality”

What can you expect to learn?

3-6 Months

  • Learn the platform and offering
  • Learn the tools necessary to be successful, CRM, Scripts, Product info.
  • Build relationships with Talent Advocate and Client Executive counter parts.
  • Take advantage of any opportunities to learn the market.
  • Goal setting and hitting targets

6-12 Months

  • Gain a deep understanding of the UK tech market
  • Know what it means to reach goals both Personal and Team
  • Build strong relationships with tech talent and guide them through their journey on the platform
  • Expand knowledge of advanced Headhunting techniques and learn how to effectively source desirable candidates
  • Create a consistent commission pipeline
  • Work closely with mentors to create a progressional road map

Preferred Experience

  • Strong motivation to learn: you would like to progress on a role 100% focussed on candidate acquisition, where you can have a direct impact on helping people find their next dream job.
  • A genuine interest in the technology sector and start-ups / fast-growing companies
  • Creative thinker, willing to take ownership of ideas and think outside the box.
  • To be fluent in English and be able to comfortably commute to/live in London

Recruitment Process

  1. 30’ Call with Adam (SDR Project Manager for UK)
  2. 2h meeting on-site, meeting with Adam (team lead), 2 SDRs and John (Country Manager)
  3. 30’ video conf with Lucas (Chief of Staff based in Paris)
  4. 30’ video conf with People & Culture team (Julie or Maude)
  5. Receive your offer!
