Job Description

Key mission

The International Talent Manager designs and implements the recruitment strategies for all the countries operates in in cooperation with the Head of People and Culture.
This includes monitoring recruitment procedures, from sourcing to hiring, identifying high-potential candidates, and coaching the hiring managers on best practices.
Ultimately, you will help us grow our teams with qualified team members and achieve our business goals.

Main responsibilities

  • Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
  • Lead all sourcing strategies to attract top candidates
  • Manage the external partnerships with colleges, job boards and HR software vendors
  • Implement online and offline employer branding activities
  • Prepare and review the annual recruitment budget
  • Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication)
  • Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans
  • Manage, train and evaluate our team of recruiters
  • Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of our company
  • Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates)
  • Measure key recruitment metrics
  • Influence business decisions with data analytics

Preferred Experience

  • Proven track record of 3+ years in recruiting roles in a global environment -Experience in dealing with both volume recruitment and specialist roles
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and channels
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Results driven and hands-on
  • Proactive and customer oriented
  • Speaking skills: French, English, but also German!
  • Energetic, positive and dynamic, that’s how we do it

Recruitment Process

First, you will meet with Juile, Head of People and Culture, and ideally with Charlotte, who works in the People team
For the second stage interview, you will be invited for a chat with 2 of our co-founders: Jonathan and Nicolas
Finally, it would be great to have a video call with 1 or 2 of our Country Managers
