Job Description

In order to maintain and accelerate our growth on an European level, we are looking for a Global SDR team Lead to support, train and manage our SDRs on all of our markets: France, Belgium, Germany, UK, Netherlands.

This position is open in Paris, London or Berlin.

As our Global SDR team Lead, you will be responsible for a team of 10 SDRs across Europe, and you will directly report to the International Head of Sales, on the following responsibilities:

  • Build and manage your team: You will own the recruitment responsibility for your SDR team (permanents and interns). You will also be responsible for maintaining and managing this team, ensuring the right level of staffing.
  • Train your team: You will be responsible for providing the right level of training, collaborating with other team leads and market managers from all countries. You will be the owner of your team development, ensuring that they have the right tools and training to perform on their markets. You will also be accountable for their professional and personal growth within the company.
  • Implement acquisition processes: You will elaborate strategies to acquire and reactivate clients by building and improving client acquisition processes, designing and reviewing acquisition sequences through various channels, experimenting new tools and ideas to reach your targets.
  • Collaborate with other teams: you will be working closely with the Market Managers and the Sales team, as well as the marketing and operational teams to align the work of your SDRs with the company’s business priorities.
  • Report and KPIs management: you will have to build a strong reporting framework, and ensure to report the results of the SDR team efficiently.

Preferred Experience

At least 2 to 4 years of experience as a SDR / SDR lead / Sales Executive, ideally in the SaaS, tech or recruitment industry;

  • Experienced in team management - able to provide people with coaching, training and feedback. Focus on people development thanks to individual and collective action plans and performance reviews;
  • Ability to understand and define simple and more complex sales funnels and sales cycles;
  • Knowledge of marketing basics: personas, ICP, segmentation, iteration logic, main tools, curiosity about new lead generation approaches, etc.;
  • Ability to build dashboards to track and report your team results on all your markets;
  • You have a fluent or native level (spoken and written) in English (mandatory, as English will be the common language in your team)
  • Speaking French and / or German would be a huge plus
  • Appreciated soft skills: time management, creativity, and data driven
