Job Description

In order to maintain this level of services to our clients, and be able to provide a highly qualitative pool of active candidates on our platform, we created at the beginning of 2020 a Tech sourcing team, focusing on the headhunting of the best Tech candidates across all the countries where we operate.
In this context, we are currently hiring an International Lead Sourcer, to manage and develop our international Sourcing team made of 7 talented sourcers based in our Poland office and operating in the UK, Netherlands and German markets. This position is open in London, Berlin or Sofia.

As our international Lead sourcer, you will be in charge of:

  • Building and managing your team: You will own the recruitment responsibility for your sourcing team. You will also be responsible for maintaining and managing this team, ensuring the right level of staffing.
  • Training your team: You will be responsible for providing the right level of training, collaborating with other team leads and market managers from all countries. You will be the owner of your team development, ensuring that they have the right level of market and best practices knowledge to succeed and go through personal growth.
  • Implementing acquisition processes: You will be in charge of building and improving great talent acquisition processes, working closely with your French peers, as well as other business leaders.
  • Collaborating with other teams: you will work closely with the marketing and operational teams to align the work of tech sourcers with the company’s business priorities.
  • Reporting and KPIs management: you will have to build a strong reporting framework, and ensure to report the results of the tech sourcing team efficiently.

Preferred Experience

  • You have at least 4 - 5 years of experience as a headhunter / recruiter, ideally in the tech industry.
  • An experience working on the DACH area market and using XING would be a huge plus!
  • You have a first successful experience managing a team, in a fast growing and constantly moving environment
  • You have a great knowledge and understanding of the German recruitment market specificities.
  • You have great communication skills (both verbal and written) in English. Speaking Dutch or German would be a great plus!
