Job Description

Talent acquisition and coaching are key for us, as our goal and ambition is to be the first active partner in job searches of european tech talents.
That is why, today, we are looking for a passionate and entrepreneur-minded leader, to join our Berlin office and take the lead of our Talent Advocates and tech sourcers team.

You will manage a distributed team of 10 people based in Berlin, Sofia and Poznan, and report to one of our co-founders based in Paris.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Build and manage a powerful team of Talent Advocates and Tech Sourcers
  • Ensure the great cohesion of this distributed team (across Berlin, Sofia and Poznan)
  • Actively contribute to the development of your team members, providing the right level of training and coaching to ensure their personal growth and the success of the team
  • Design and implement processes and best practices around talent acquisition and talent management for the platform, working closely with your peers in France and the UK, as well as other business leaders.
  • Manage a variety of stakeholders: you will work closely with the market manager for Germany, marketing team and operational teams to align with the company’s business priorities.

Preferred Experience

  • You have at least 5 - 8 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in the tech industry.
  • You have a first managerial experience, ideally in fast-growing and remote environment
  • You have a great knowledge and understanding of the German recruitment market and tech talent ecosystem
  • You have great communication skills (both verbal and written) in English. German would be a great plus! embraces diversity and equal opportunity in a serious way.
