Job Description

As the Head of Operations, you will report to Nicolas Meunier, CEO & Co-founder, and be part of the Executive team.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Oversee a business team of 50+ people, covering both candidates and clients success teams on’s platform.
  • Ensure the high performance of our leadership team
    • You will be responsible for managing all operational people leads
    • Lead monthly 1:1 and manage business meetings cadence
    • Coach and train them on any needed topic
  • Be responsible for business results
    • Ensure a smooth collaboration between people managers, market managers, and support functions
    • Ensure high standards in terms of internal business process, with the target of maintaining and increasing client satisfaction and become #1 in Europe
  • Actively collaboration with Founders especially on:
    • The preparation and anticipation of board meetings
    • Potential strategic partnerships
    • Anticipation of future developments (Acquisitions, Expansions…)

Preferred Experience

  • 10 - 15 years professional experience
  • C level experience in a similar position on a fast-growing international tech company with +50p team in different countries.
  • Good knowledge of Marketplaces or 2-sides platforms specificities and challenges.
  • Successful past experience with B2B sales organisations.
  • High level management skills are required specifically turned to operational members and team leaders.
  • Fluent level in English

Recruitment Process

  1. First round of interviews with the Executive team (Founders + Head of People & Head of Finance)
  2. Second round of interviews with Business leads (your future direct reports + Market managers)
  3. A Business Case presentation to the Executive Team
