Job Description

We are looking for an entrepreneur-minded and impact-driven professional, to join as the Chief Operating Officer. Working globally and covering all our operations across Europe, you will report to Nicolas Meunier, Co-founder, and be part of’s global Executive team.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Lead our Ops team: you’ll oversee a business team of 50+ people, covering both candidate and client success teams on’s platform.

  • Ensure the high performance of our leadership team

    • You will be responsible for managing our operational leaders
    • Lead 1:1 meetings and manage business meetings cadence
    • Coach and train leaders on any needed topic
    • Initiate and support operational leaders on needle-moving projects to improve coordination, collaboration, and operational excellence
  • Be responsible for business results

    • Ensure smooth collaboration between people managers, market managers, and support functions
    • Build efficient fulfillment processes across the global organization, from candidate acquisition to client satisfaction
    • Oversee the budget reporting of the business units
  • Work in the strategic context of the executive team

    • Work alongside Executive team to define and build operational vision and roadmap
    • Assist in the preparation of board meetings
    • Assess and identify opportunities for strategic partnerships
    • Engage on topics related to future development (Acquisitions, Expansion…)

Preferred Experience

  • 10 - 15 years professional experience
  • C level experience in a similar position on a fast-growing international tech company with +50p team in different countries.
  • Good knowledge of Marketplaces or 2-sides platforms specificities and challenges.
  • Successful past experience with B2B sales organisations.
  • High level management skills are required specifically turned to operational members and team leaders.
  • Fluent level in English

Recruitment Process

  3. A Business Case presentation to the Executive Team
