Job Description

Join talent.io and help us become Europe's #1 tech recruitment platform!

Community building is a major key of our growth strategy, and we believe events are the best way to build a strong bond between our users and our brand.

After the success of our first large scale tech event - DevBreak19 - we are putting together a dedicated team to organise events in Europe, and we need you to make this happen!

Sell tickets to our events across Europe (FR, GB, GER, NL)

  • Ticket sale: you will sell ticket packages to companies bringing their tech team to the event
  • Sponsorship sale: sponsors are an important source of revenue. You will design and sell sponsorship offers for our events, targeting tech companies.

A mix of strategy and hands-on operations

  • Build our commercial strategy: segment our target audience and build specific offers and messaging to address each segment
  • Test & learn: you will work with our team SDRs to build experiments (test different segments/messaging/offers/...)
  • Build your communication/sales assets: you will need landing pages, brochures/decks, roll ups, landing pages, so you will design them along with the Marketing Team
  • Close deals!

Your team

  • You will join the Marketing Team (12 people) and report to Slimane, the Marketing Lead
  • You will work closely with the Growth Lead, our SDRs, and our Events Manager

Preferred Experience

  • You're a native French speaker, and you have perfect spoken/written English
  • You have a previous relevant and successful experience in sales (internship or permanent)
  • You have an analytical approach to measuring success and conversions along your business funnel
  • You know how to take a step back, challenge the status quo, and offer new ideas
  • You're able to work in a startup environment and get things done
  • You're willing to have a good time as part of the nicest Marketing team in Paris
