Being part of a paneuropean team of 15+ Client Executives, you will be dedicated to expand our footprint in Belgium and the Netherlands and participate to the launch of a brand new market : Sweden 🚀
As a client Executive, you will: Manage your portfolio of clients in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Sweden : you will be responsible for your client experience on the talent.io platform from their on-boarding to the hire of their favorite tech candidate.Develop and nurture relationships with clients through excellent service and quality insightsConsult with and guide clients on how to hire tech people successfully on talent.io: on top of helping them make the most out of the platform, you will be supporting them in their recruitment strategy, following up on their candidate processes and helping them hire the matching candidates for their position. Initiate ideas and projects focused on retention that reinforces your success by collaborating closely with internal teams and different stakeholders across the company Become an Ambassador and promote the talent.io brand through participation in and organization of eventsAs a Client Executive, you will be working closely with the Talent Advocates, responsible for supporting the candidates on the platform and following their recruitment processes.
Your profile2-3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success or/and (Tech) Recruitment; experience in B2B SaaS or the HR Tech Space is a plusFluent English speaker. Speaking Dutch or Swedish is a plus but not mandatory. High attention to detail and strong motivation to learnCuriosity around the digital landscape and technology
