Providing a great experience to our candidates is essential for us, as our goal is to be the first recruitment platform for European tech talents. That's why, today, we are looking for a Curation Specialist to join our UK team and take the lead on maximising the quality of the candidate profiles we approve on the platform and support candidates through their journey on talent.io. As a Curation Specialist, you will :
Be a guardian, when a candidate signs up on talent.io, that all necessary information is correctly filled before approving their profile
Act as a curator and make sure that profiles approved on the platform can match our client's needs
Be the candidate's point of contact and support them to ensure their engagement level is soaring!Your profile
Fluent or native level of EnglishHigh attention to detail to maintain high quality Very good written and verbal communication skillsFast learner, curious and proactive Recruitment process
