What you will do
What is a Contract Team Client Executive?
You will be account managing existing companies and sign ups as well as driving growth. You will love change, being challenged and love trying new growth techniques as well as being able to host and run events. And hopefully very passionate about the tech market.
What kind of companies have signed up to the platform? Transferwise, Dyson, Tesco, Argos, Curve The App Business, notonthehighstreet.com with over 2000 companies from 1 man band pre-seed funding companies to companies with in excess of 10,000 staff.
What will you be doing day to day?
• Business development to build your account book
• Helping to evangelise the platform
• Help building the talent.io tech community (events, social media etc.)
• Account Management
• Encouraging Company engagement
• Ensuring developers are receiving offers
• Provide Demos of the platform
• Qualify and respond to company sign ups

What we are looking for
3-5 years of contract recruitment in IT recruitment /Account Management or an IT Consulting Agency
Great presentation and communication skills
Ability to create great relationships with CEO / CTOs / HR managers of companies
Knowledge of the startup / fast growing companies landscape
High attention to detail and very organised
A passion for working in a fast growing company that is disrupting the recruiting industry
Creative thinker, willing to take ownership of ideas and think outside the box
Fluent in English.
Existing experience in recruitment with tech startups / high growth/ scaling companies
£30,000 - £35,000 p.a+ Commission
First Year OTE £50,000 - £60,000
