The account management role at combines business development, account management and client consultation. Our focus is on building a personal relationship with our clients and we are responsible to deliver expertise in every recruitment aspects.

Job Description

Build and manage your portfolio of clients in Berlin and other German cities
Develop and nurture relationships with clients through excellent service and quality insights
Consult with and guide clients on how to hire tech people successfully on
Initiate ideas and project focus on business development, revenue and retention that reinforce your success
Reinforce and promote the brand through participation in and organization of events

Preferred Experience

  • 1-2 years’ experience in Sales, Business Development and (Tech) Recruitment - experience in B2B SaaS or the HR Tech Space is a plus
  • Fluent in German and good level of English
  • High attention to detail and strong motivation to learn
  • Curiosity around the digital landscape and technology Please send us your CV in German language

Recruitment Process

Step 1: A first 'get to know you' call
Step 2: An interview with Ivo, Country Manager Germany and with the team in Berlin
Step 3: A video call with one of the founders and with the Head of People & Culture

Step 4: A reference check with two of your former managers or colleagues
