What you will do

The Role of the Client Executive in Berlin

  • Build and manage a portfolio of 200+ innovative tech companies in Berlin and other German cities
  • Develop and nurture the relationship with clients through excellent service and quality insights
  • Educate and guide clients on how to hire tech people successfully on
  • Reinforce and promote the brand through visiting and organising community events

What we are looking for

  • 1-3 years’ experience in tech recruiting preferred agency or in-house with focus on client relations
  • Fluent in German or English, another language is an advantage (e.g. Spanish, etc.)
  • High attention to detail and strong motivation to learn & understand
  • Curiosity around the digital landscape and technology

Recruitment Process

Step 1: A 'get to know' call with Ivo, Country Manager Germany
Step 2: An interview with the team in Berlin
Step 3: A call with one of the founders
Step 4: A reference check with two of your former managers or colleagues
