Job Description

What is a Client Executive?

Client Executives are pivotal in talent.io’s growth as we take on one of the biggest tech hubs in the world - London!

  • You will be focused on growing your account book through business development using a variety of methods
  • You will be also be responsible for managing your existing companies once they have been qualified in a consultative manner to advise on their hiring processes.
  • You will love change, being challenged and trying new growth techniques alongside being able to host and run events. You have an interest or passion in the London Tech World.

We like people who have an entrepreneurial spirit, take ownership over projects and look for solutions.

What kind of companies have signed up to the platform? Tesco, TransferWise, Argos, Zopa with hundreds more from awesome tech startups at Seed funding through to major corporations.

What will you be doing day to day?

• Business development to build your account book - we encourage people to think outside the box with this!
• Qualify organic company sign ups.

• Account Management - build successful working relationships with clients and encourage active company engagement to ensure long-term success with our platform
• Gathering constructive feedback and working with our tech team to evangelise the platform
• Keep building the talent.io tech community through running or attending events/meetups, social media and sharing insightful content
• Offer support and advice to companies on their hiring strategy
• Provide Demos of the platform (either via meetings or virtual)
• Work on a daily basis with our awesome Talent Advocate team: ensure both companies and candidates have remarkable experiences!
• Work closely with team members on ad hoc projects

Preferred Experience

Desired Skills:

• Sales: 2-5 years, ideally in tech/SaaS
• Negotiation: Experience in negotiation
• Account management: Be able to build strong, long-term business relationships with clients
• Events/Marketing: Experience or interest in growth techniques and/or organising/attending events

Final F2F & presentation with John (Country Manager) and Alison (TA Lead) in our London office (Near Liverpool Street)
