Job Description

This 6-month opportunity requires a hands-on admin and finance manager to provide all facets of executive level support to the Head of Finance & Legal, manage logistics and provide support for finance organisation.

Administrative & accounting

  • Responsible for collection and classification of all documents that needs to be recorded by our accountants
  • Responsible for the correct and accurate accounting classifications of all expenditures and documents.
  • Manage the company’s financial operations including; accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger accounts and payroll
  • Provides general administrative support for the CFO & the finance department, including but not limited to, filing documents, preparing reports, handling information requests

Cash management

  • Produce cash flow reports and monitoring against payables and receivables dates to ensure spend is being managed adequately
  • Actively manage the AR receivables, ensuring prompt invoicing and timely collections
  • Oversee bank, credit card reconciliation
  • Management of credit card usage and limits

Reporting, budget and forecast

  • Prepare and provide monthly reporting for our 4 countries
  • Prepare and maintain budgets to actual reporting continuously throughout the year
  • Assist the CFO with preparation of budget and business plan
  • Assist the CFO with preparing forecasts

Internal processes

  • Develop and maintain documented systems of internal accounting policies, procedures, controls, compliance and financial reporting that are efficient and that also maintain a high level of accuracy

Preferred Experience

  • Ideally Master degree
  • 2-4+ years’ experience in administration & finance (controlling, financial audit, accounting etc.)
  • Highly proficient in Excel required
  • Must be organized, detail oriented, and professional. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be flexible, resourceful, and demonstrate excellent time management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required (French and English)

  • Interview in the Paris office (with the Head of Finance and Legal, the Head of People and Culture and potentielly with the CEO)
