Job Description

You will be among the first employees of the Amsterdam office, to build the business of in the Netherlands. Alongside Flip, the Country Manager, follow the path of Paris, London and Berlin, and participate in expanding's operations!

What is your role?
Build and manage your portfolio of clients in Amsterdam and other Dutch cities
Develop and nurture relationships with clients through excellent service and quality insights
Consult with and guide clients on how to hire tech people successfully on
Initiate ideas and project focus on business development, revenue and retention that reinforce your success
Reinforce and promote the brand through participation in and organisation of events

Preferred Experience

  • 1-3 years’ experience in Sales, Business Development or (Tech) Recruitment - experience in B2B SaaS or the HR Tech Space is a plus
  • Working proficiency in Dutch and English.
  • High attention to detail and strong motivation to learn
  • Curiosity around the digital landscape and technology
  • Consultative selling
  • Be disruptive in a gentle way
  • Enthousiastic but able to keep the overview
  • High level of sensitivity and empathy
  • Live in the Netherlands (no relocation)

Recruitment Process

Step 1: A first 'get to know you' call
Step 2: An interview with Flip, Country Manager Netherlands
Step 3: A video call with one of the founders and with the Head of People & Culture

Step 4: A reference check with two of your former managers or colleagues
